Sign Your Own Tenancy Agreement Through LetSorted
Upload the agreement you already use and we collect both signatures. Included in your subscription — we only charge when we draft the document.
Why this matters
Plenty of landlords already have an agreement they are happy with — one from a solicitor, one from a landlord association, one they have used for years. Until now, using LetSorted for signing meant using our template instead. That is a poor trade: you either abandon a document you trust, or you go back to printing, posting and chasing.
What you can now do
Upload your own unsigned agreement as a PDF and have us handle the signing. We add a cover sheet, email your tenant a signing link, collect both signatures with timestamps, and store the signed document against the tenancy.
The tenant does not need an account. The signed PDF sits in the property record and stays downloadable.
What this costs
Nothing extra. Signing your own document is included in the subscription and is never charged per document.
The split is deliberate, and it is worth stating plainly:
- You upload an agreement already signed on paper — free on any property, managed or not. Filing your own records should never cost anything.
- You upload your own unsigned agreement and we collect the signatures — included in the £2.99 per property per month subscription. No per-document fee.
- We draft the agreement — our legally-reviewed Assured Periodic Tenancy template, pre-filled from your tenancy — £9.99 per document.
The £9.99 buys the drafting. It has never bought the signing, and now the pricing says so.
Keep the agreement you trust. Lose the printing and chasing. Open a property →
How to use it
- Open the property, then the Agreement tab
- Choose to upload your own document
- Select Send to tenant for signing rather than already signed
- Your tenant receives a signing link by email
- Once both parties sign, the signed PDF is stored on the tenancy and the move-in inspection unlocks
If your document is already signed on paper, choose already signed instead and record the date it was signed — see recording an agreement you have already signed.
One thing to check first
Your agreement is your document. We do not review it, and uploading it here does not make it compliant with the Renters' Rights Act 2025. If you are not certain your template covers assured periodic tenancies, pet requests and the Section 13 rent-increase route, our guide to what a 2026 tenancy agreement must include is the place to check — or use our template and let us draft it.
