Tenancy Agreement Generation & Digital Signing
Generate an Assured Periodic Tenancy agreement from your property page. Pre-filled with tenancy details, sent to both parties for digital signing.
Why this matters
Under the Renters' Rights Act 2025, every new tenancy created after 1 May 2026 must be an Assured Periodic Tenancy. Fixed-term ASTs are no longer valid for new lettings. Using an outdated template exposes landlords to invalid possession claims — a Section 8 notice served under the wrong tenancy type can be thrown out at the first hearing.
The agreement must also reflect the Act's new rules covering pet requests, rent increases via Section 13, and Awaab's Law maintenance obligations. Getting any of these wrong creates legal exposure that only surfaces when you need to rely on the agreement most.
What we built
Landlords can now generate an Assured Periodic Tenancy agreement directly from any property page. The agreement is pre-filled with tenancy details — tenant names, property address, rent amount, deposit information.
Once generated, the agreement is sent to both landlord and tenant for digital signing. Each party receives a unique signing link — no account required for the tenant. Signatures are timestamped with IP addresses for evidential weight.
After both parties sign, the move-in inspection automatically unlocks. This ensures the correct sequence: agreement first, then condition report — exactly what deposit adjudicators expect when reviewing disputes.
Every new tenancy after 1 May 2026 is an assured periodic tenancy. Generate the agreement in under 2 minutes, pre-filled with your tenancy details. Go to your properties →
